Kierland Subdivision in North Scottsdale

Remodel or Relocate? That was the big decision. But where? We didn’t want to change schools. In the late 1990’s a new development appeared right across the street…on the northeast corner of 64th Street and Greenway. We decided to check it out. That is when we made the big move.l Sell our house and buy a brand new one. We fell in love with the model that had the spiral staircase leading up to the towering loft on the second floor. Kierland Park was just three doors down from our house on 65th St. Kierland Golf Course was gaining much attention with the construction of the new Westin Kierland Resort and Kierland Commons shops. The area soon became a popular destination for tourists. But the best thing about this neighborhood were my neighbors. We developed strong relationships that continue to this day.
